1. Free Trial Period
1.1 Trial Terms
- Duration: 7 days from sign-up
- Features: Full access to all premium features
- Credit Card: Required to start trial (not charged during trial)
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime during trial with no charge
- Auto-Renewal: Automatically converts to paid subscription after 7 days
1.2 How to Cancel Your Trial
To cancel your trial and avoid being charged:
- iOS Users: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > FundooMath > Cancel Subscription
- Android Users: Open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > FundooMath > Cancel Subscription
- Timing: Cancel at least 24 hours before trial ends
2. Subscription Pricing
2.1 Monthly Subscription
- Price: $9.99 per month
- Billing: Charged monthly on the same day each month
- Auto-Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled
2.2 Annual Subscription
- Price: $99.99 per year
- Savings: 17% compared to monthly ($119.88/year)
- Billing: Charged once per year
- Auto-Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 When You Can Get a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Within 7 Days: Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase
- Technical Issues: If the app is not functioning as advertised and we cannot resolve the issue
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
- Unauthorized Charges: If someone made a purchase without your authorization
- Service Not Delivered: If you paid but did not receive access to the service
3.2 When Refunds Are NOT Available
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After 7 days from the purchase date
- For partial months of service already used
- If you simply changed your mind after using the service
- If your child didn't enjoy the app (trial period is for testing)
- If you forgot to cancel before the renewal date
- If you violated our Terms of Service
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
For iOS (Apple) Purchases:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find FundooMath subscription
- Select "Request a Refund"
- Choose reason and submit
- Apple will review and respond within 48 hours
For Android (Google Play) Purchases:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
- Find FundooMath subscription
- Select "Request a Refund"
- Fill out the refund form
- Google will review and respond within 48 hours
Direct from FundooMath:
- Email: refunds@fundoomath.com
- Subject: "Refund Request - [Order Number]"
- Include: Order number, email address, reason for refund
- We will respond within 2 business days
4.2 Processing Time
- Review: 1-2 business days to review request
- Approval: Email notification when approved
- Refund: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- Method: Refunded to original payment method
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
iOS Users:
- Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select FundooMath
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android Users:
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap Menu > Subscriptions
- Select FundooMath
- Tap Cancel Subscription
5.2 What Happens When You Cancel
- Access: You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No Refund: No refund for the remaining time in current period
- Data: Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- Reactivation: You can reactivate anytime within 30 days to restore access
- Auto-Renewal: Future charges stop immediately
6. Annual Subscription Refunds
6.1 Pro-Rated Refunds
For annual subscriptions, we offer pro-rated refunds under certain circumstances:
- First 7 Days: Full refund available
- After 7 Days: Pro-rated refund based on unused months
- Calculation: (Unused months / 12) × $99.99
- Minimum: No refund for less than 3 months remaining
6.2 Example Scenarios
Scenario 1: Cancel within 7 days
- Original charge: $99.99
- Refund: Full $99.99
Scenario 2: Cancel after 4 months of use
- Unused months: 8 months
- Refund: (8/12) × $99.99 = $66.66
Scenario 3: Cancel after 10 months of use
- Unused months: 2 months
- Refund: Not eligible (less than 3 months remaining)
7. Billing Issues
7.1 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once:
- Contact us immediately at billing@fundoomath.com
- We will investigate and issue a refund if confirmed
- Refunds processed within 5 business days
7.2 Unauthorized Charges
If you notice unauthorized charges:
- Contact your bank/credit card company immediately
- Email us at security@fundoomath.com
- We will investigate and cooperate with your bank
- Consider changing your password immediately
7.3 Failed Payments
- If payment fails, we will retry 3 times over 7 days
- You will receive email notifications
- Update payment method in App Store or Google Play
- Account suspended after failed retries
- Data retained for 30 days for reactivation
8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Exceptional Refunds
We may approve refunds outside our standard policy for:
- Prolonged technical issues we couldn't resolve
- Service outages affecting multiple days
- Medical or family emergencies (documentation may be required)
- Military deployment
- Other exceptional circumstances (reviewed case-by-case)
8.2 Educational Institutions
Special terms may apply for:
- School or district licenses
- Bulk purchases
- Educational grants

9. Account Deletion
9.1 Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account:
- First, cancel your subscription (see section 5)
- Email support@fundoomath.com with "Delete Account" in subject
- We will confirm deletion within 2 business days
- All data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- No refund for remaining subscription time
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Contact Us First
Before disputing charges with your bank:

- Most issues can be resolved quickly
- Chargebacks may result in account termination
- We're committed to fair resolution
10.2 Escalation Process
- Email customer support
- If not resolved, request escalation to billing team
- Final review by management within 5 business days
- Decision is final
11. State-Specific Rights
11.1 California Residents
California law provides additional consumer protections:
- Right to cancel within 3 days of purchase
- Right to dispute charges
- Right to request deletion of data
11.2 EU Residents
EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period:
